(<\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-griswold-complaint-02992\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-griswold-complaint-02992\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\" data-ogsc=\"\"><i data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"navy\">Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Griswold, et al<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span data-ogsc=\"black\">.<\/span><\/i><span data-ogsc=\"black\">(No. 20-cv-02992)). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">In March 2023, Colorado\u2019s secretary of state agreed <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/colorado-to-settle-lawsuit-over-ineligible-voters\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/colorado-to-settle-lawsuit-over-ineligible-voters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"navy\">to settle<\/span><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> the lawsuit and has confirmed to Judicial Watch that since 2023 the state removed 372,000 ineligible voters from the state\u2019s voter registration lists. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Judicial Watch\u2019s lawsuits and legal actions have now led to <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/election-integrity-update-five-million-names-cleaned-from-voter-rolls-thanks-to-judicial-watch\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/election-integrity-update-five-million-names-cleaned-from-voter-rolls-thanks-to-judicial-watch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"4\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"navy\">the removal<\/span><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> of six million ineligible names from voter lists nationwide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u201cThis is a major Judicial Watch victory for election integrity,\u201d said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. \u201cOur lawsuit caused removal of 372,000 outdated registrations from Colorado\u2019s voter rolls\u2014which is a massive step toward cleaner elections.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN\" data-ogsc=\"black\">Judicial Watch is a national leader in election integrity and voting rights litigation, with a record of <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/tag\/election+law\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/tag\/election+law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"5\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span lang=\"EN\" data-ogsc=\"navy\">successful lawsuits<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"EN\" data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0enforcing constitutional redistricting standards and cleaning voter rolls nationwide.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">In Kentucky, state election board officials <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-adams-ky-nvra-compliance-notice-00094\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-adams-ky-nvra-compliance-notice-00094\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"6\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 32, 96)\">reported<\/span><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\"> that \u201croughly 735,000 ineligible voter registrations\u201d have been removed from voter rolls, as part of a 2018 consent decree settling a Judicial Watch lawsuit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">As part of its 2022 <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/jw-and-nyc-settle-lawsuit\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/jw-and-nyc-settle-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"7\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"navy\">settlement<\/span><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\">, New York City alone has removed 918,139 ineligible names from its rolls: <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-valentine-nyc-nvra-removals-2023-2025-03952\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/documents\/jw-v-valentine-nyc-nvra-removals-2023-2025-03952\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"8\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"navy\">data show 477,056<\/span><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0removals between March 2023 and February 2025, which is in addition to the 441,083 previously reported removals.<\/span><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">In Los Angeles, county officials confirmed the removal of more than 1.2 million names from voter rolls as part of a <\/span><a title=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/california-begins-massive-voter-roll-clean-up-notifies-up-to-1-5-million-inactive-voters-as-part-of-judicial-watch-lawsuit-settlement\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/california-begins-massive-voter-roll-clean-up-notifies-up-to-1-5-million-inactive-voters-as-part-of-judicial-watch-lawsuit-settlement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"9\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"navy\">settlement<\/span><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\">.
